Thank you for your interest in membership in the Coastal Georgia Apartment Association! By working together, we can achieve our mission to maintain and enhance our industry as a whole.

We are excited that you are interested in becoming a member of the CGAA. The CGAA is the multifamily housing trade association for the coastal region of Georgia, with its headquarters being based in Savannah, GA. Founded in 1979, CGAA is one of seven apartment associations in Georgia and is an affiliate of the Georgia Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.

While membership in the Coastal Georgia Apartment Association is not mandatory, the CGAA is a great opportunity to become more involved in the multifamily housing industry and also in the community. The CGAA offers a variety of opportunities for networking including monthly meetings, education classes, and the area's only trade show.

All membership applications for the Coastal Georgia Apartment Association must be approved by the CGAA Board of Directors. After your application is approved, you will be sent a welcome letter and membership directory. All CGAA memberships are company based and individuals cannot join the CGAA.
