The Coastal Georgia Apartment Association (CGAA) is the voice, resource, and connection point for the multifamily housing industry across Coastal Georgia.

Founded in 1979 as the Greater Savannah Apartment Association, CGAA has grown into a thriving community representing 11 counties, more than 30,000 apartment homes, and over 50 businesses that serve the multifamily industry.

At the heart of CGAA is our belief that a stronger industry starts with stronger connections. We bring multifamily professionals and industry partners together to advocate for our communities, expand knowledge and education, build meaningful relationships, and create opportunities for professional growth.

Through educational programs, networking events, industry resources, advocacy efforts, and community engagement, CGAA works to support the professionals who make our industry—and the communities we serve—stronger.
