Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

To cancel an event reservation, please email info@coastalga-apt.org.

Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. Cancellations received after this deadline are subject to approval at the discretion of the Board of Directors. If a cancellation email is not received within the required time frame, companies remain responsible for the full registration fee regardless of attendance.

Event Postponement

CGAA makes every effort to hold events on their originally scheduled dates. In the event of extreme weather conditions (including but not limited to hurricanes, floods, fires, or similar emergencies) or other unforeseen circumstances, events may be postponed.

If an event is rescheduled, cancellations will only be permitted if a demonstrable hardship or conflict with the new date(s) can be shown.

Event Cancellation

In rare instances, CGAA may need to cancel a program, class, or event. If an event is canceled by CGAA or the venue, all pre-paid registrations will be refunded or credited to the member’s account.

Disclaimer

The decision to postpone or cancel an event is at CGAA’s sole discretion. Such decisions do not entitle registrants to damages, compensation, or additional claims resulting from the postponement or cancellation.
