Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

To cancel a reservation for an event, please send notice via e-mail to info@coastalga-apt.org.

Cancellations are allowed up to one week(7 days) prior to the event. Cancellations received after this point will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Companies will be responsible for payment, regardless of event attendance, if a cancellation e-mail is not received.

Event Postponement:

CGAA will always attempt to produce events on the dates they were originally scheduled for. In the event of extreme weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes, floods, fires, etc.) or other extreme circumstances, the date of the event may be postponed. Cancellations will not be allowed unless hardship or conflict with the rescheduled date(s) can be clearly demonstrated.

Event Cancellation:

In certain rare circumstances it may be necessary for CGAA to cancel certain programs, classes, or events. Should a program, class, or event be canceled by the Association or the Venue, all pre-paid registrations will be refunded or credited to the member account.

The decision to postpone or cancel an event shall be at CGAA's sole discretion and does not entitle registrants to rights or damages resulting from the postponement or cancellation.
