Founded in 1979, CGAA is the multifamily housing trade association serving the coastal region of Georgia. Headquartered in Savannah, we are one of five local apartment associations in Georgia and proudly affiliated with both the Georgia Apartment Association (GAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA).

Our mission is to connect, educate, and advocate for the multifamily housing industry. Whether you're an apartment owner, management company, onsite professional, or industry supplier, CGAA provides the resources, relationships, and opportunities to help your business and your team succeed.

Membership Information

CGAA membership is company-based rather than individual. All membership applications are reviewed and approved by the CGAA Board of Directors. Once approved, your company will receive a welcome packet along with access to member-exclusive resources and our online membership directory.
