Leases & Forms

Standardized leases and forms are offered through both the National Apartment Association and the Georgia Apartment Association. These standardized leases and forms simplify the leasing forms process and allow for uniformity throughout a company. NAA's Click & Lease program and the GAA Forms Online program are exclusively available to members of the Coastal Georgia Apartment Association through BlueMoon Forms*.

*Forms & leases are purcheased separately from BlueMoon and are not included in the cost of membership to CGAA.
