Mara Judd is a seasoned multifamily housing professional with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in property and regional management. Currently serving as a Regional Manager with RPM Living, Mara oversees multiple communities and leads high-performing teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences and operational excellence throughout her portfolio.

Mara began her career in the industry in 2010, quickly developing a passion for property management and a deep understanding of what it takes to build thriving communities. She has held roles ranging from leasing agent and assistant manager to property manager and regional leader across a variety of markets, including Charleston, Savannah, and other key Southeast regions. Her hands-on experience with lease-ups, renovation projects, and team development gives her a well-rounded perspective on both the strategic and day-to-day challenges of multifamily operations.

Known for her servant leadership style, Mara is committed to empowering teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results that support business goals while enhancing resident satisfaction. She holds industry-recognized credentials including Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and South Carolina Property Manager license plus she intends to purse her CAPS in 2026. This reflects her dedication to professional excellence and best practices in multifamily management.
