Rich Frith leads a 384-unit downtown Savannah portfolio for Pegasus Residential, including The Line, The Addie, and Park & Broad. His prior roles include positions with Greystar, ECI Group, and Glaser Property Management. He serves on the CGAA Board, and co-chairs the Education Committee,.
