Professional Bio
Brenda been in the multifamily industry for 27 years, including 14 years on-site and 13 years as a supplier partner. Her prior experience includes working with a variety of management companies and vendor partners, including restoration and HVAC and plumbing companies.
She maintains her CALP and CAM, and certifications through NAA and my ARM designation from IREM. Brenda has served on the Board of Directors and has been the Treasurer at the TAA (Triangle Apartment Association), on the Board at AANC (Apartment Association of NC) and the Executive Council and Treasurer of the Greater Raleigh Durham Chapter 105 of IREM. She also started 2025 as the VP of GAPMA (Greenville Area Property Managers Association) and became the President in May.
In 2026 she’ll be focused on the Atlanta and Savannah markets, including Bluffton and Hilton Head, SC. Brenda will be participating in the Atlanta Apartment Association, the Coastal Georgia Apartment Association and the Greater Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. She’s excited to connect and provide solutions for clients in GA and SC.
