Owner/Management Community
*THIS MEMBERSHIP LEVEL ONLY APPLIES TO INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES WHOSE OWNER/MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS DIRECTLY JOINED THE ASSOCIATION*
Individual properties joined under the Owner/Management Company. Each individual property owned/managed by the Owner/Management Company in CGAA's territory must join.
Member Benefits:
- Access GAA and NAA Leases through BlueMoon Forms*
- Involvement in Community events
- Networking through monthly events
- Continuing Education for your entire staff
- Access to information regarding legislation changes in our industry
- Membership in GAA and NAA
- Access to post open positions in our career center at a discounted price
- Access to our online Supplier Directory
- Access to certified NAAEI Credential Programs
Annual Dues: Per Unit Fee (Base Fee is paid by Owner/Management Company)
*BlueMoon forms must be purchased separately, however you must be a member of the Association and in good standing to have access to these forms

Community Member
*THIS MEMBERSHIP LEVEL APPLIES TO INDIVIDUAL COMMUNITIES WHOSE OWNER/MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS NOT JOINED DIRECTLY*
Multi-family community properties whose Owner/Management Company only has one property within the CGAA territory. This membership is limited to the single property's management and staff only.
Member Benefits:

- Involvement in Community events
- Networking through monthly events
- Continuing Education for your entire staff
- Access to information regarding legislation changes in our industry
- Membership in GAA and NAA
- Access to post open positions in our career center at a discounted price

Annual Dues: Base Fee (based on total number of units at property) + Per Unit Fee

Annual Dues - $400 per year
Once your membership is submitted, we’ll make sure your company information is set up correctly and help you get connected. Payment is due upon receipt so your membership benefits can be activated.
We encourage you to jump in, attend events, explore sponsorship opportunities, and take advantage of everything CGAA has to offer.
